At Midnight Magic, we uphold a commitment to never use generative AI. All images, writing, and other creative works are produced in-house without the use of AI, commissioned from real artists, or sourced from the public domain (where appropriate). Customer service interactions will always be with a real person, never an AI chatbot. This is all part of a larger goal to deliver the best products possible while supporting real-life creators.
